Exit Questions

Which assignments did you enjoy and why?
I enjoyed the QB64 assignments because there was freedom with the colours, and it was quite simple to do after I figured out the locations of SCREEN 12
Which assignments did you struggle with and why?
I struggled with the Algodoo assignments because nothing I tried doing would make the actions work, and it got really frustrating.

Sum up your IT experience
     ... What did you learn?
I learned how to mask objects in Animate CC, and use different lighting effects.     ... What should you have done to do better?
I should have asked for help more often.
If you were to take IT in the future, what would you like to explore?

A different variety of assignments, or different projects within Photoshop.

GJ Day 2: SURVIVE

The challenge is to get a distress pistol from the summit of Timberwolf Mountain, then set it off at the top of the lighthouse at Desolation Point, all while trying to survive.

Mystery Lake is where you start your expedition.

To make water safe, you use a fire to melt snow, then purify/boil the water.

Logging Camp trailer/bunk.

Trailer from the Hydro Dam.
Hunter's Blind from "Unnamed Pond"

Frozen corpses often have good finds, some are just empty.

This is what the charcoal does. It updates the map by "surveying the local area" and tell you whatever is nearby that can be useful to you.

This is what I did today, I got myself some food, and some fuel for fires, which is essential in this challenge. To stay alive in this challenge, staying warm is a key factor. You can die from hypothermia and frostbite very quickly. Another key factor would be to stay covered up. If you don't have anything on your head or hands, frostbite will develop quite quickly.
Deer meat is a great meal, only if it is cooked.

Sticks are abundant and a great fuel source for keeping fires going.

TIPS & TRICKS:

- Try to run as less as possible, it makes you very tired if you do.

- Remember where you have been, so if you die you know where you need to go.

- Update the map as often as you can, so you don't miss out on valuable finds.
